FIELD: mechanical engineering, manufacture of aircraft and power turbines, repair of turbine blades. SUBSTANCE: process includes electrochemical machining of article under mode of microarc oxidization and dissolution at current density 50.0- 100.0 A/sq dm in electrolyte containing inorganic acid and water in following proportion, per cent by mass: inorganic acid 1.0-12.0; water being the balance. Acid selected from group of nitric, sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric acids is utilized in the capacity of inorganic acid. Products of electrochemical machining insoluble in electrolyte are removed from surface of article by way of mechanical treatment. EFFECT: diminished toxicity of process of removal of nickel aluminite coat, raised efficiency of process and preservation of geometry of sharp edges on surface of machined article. 2 cl, 1 tbl
