FIELD: oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: technique includes formation of windows in ice cover, pumping of atmospheric air under ice cover, evacuation of oil-and-water mixture from aqueous medium through windows with the help of pump and its transportation into tank for separation of oil from water. Air pumping forms wave flow in surface layers of water directed towards windows. Air is pumped through pressure branch pipes frozen in holes in ice cover and located on one side of lake opposite to side of lake with windows in ice cover. Pressure branch pipe are so frozen that their lower ends are positioned in water under oil. EFFECT: raised efficiency of oil collection under ice cover in water basins, reduced level of environmental pollution. 2 dwg
