FIELD: hydro- mechanical treatment of granules of porous carbon material for hemosorption and enterosorption. SUBSTANCE: granules of carbon material are treated with air-water mixture in fluidized bed which is formed by delivery of air-water mixture upward under layer of material at rate of 50-150 m/s continued for 1-36 hours till pH of 6.0-7.0 has been obtained and material is fully dedusted. Treatment of carbon material is performed in reactor equipped with air-water nozzle located under lower filter element and sorbent unloading device made in form of siphon located in working space of reactor; its lower end is located at distance of 20-60 mm from filter element.
