FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, biochemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of resorcine used for preparing cosmetic preparations. Derivatives of resorcine represent compound of the formula I (a): wherein X and Y taken in common with carbon atom to which they are bound form (C4-C8)-cycloalkyl or (C4-C8)-cycloalkenyl ring under condition that indicated ring is not aromatic and where (C4-C8)-cycloalkyl or (C4-C8)-cycloalkenyl ring is optionally substituted with ketal group. Methods for their preparing involve: (a) reaction of compound of the formula (5) or (5') wherein Q means halogen atom; W means hydrogen atom or protective group and X and Y have values indicated above with a base to form compounds of the formula (6) or (7) ; and (b) reduction of compound of the formula (6) or hydrogenation of compound of the formula (7) in the case if W means hydrogen atom; either (c) hydrogenation of compound of the formula (6) or hydrogenation of compound of the formula (7) in the case when W means a protective group followed by removal of protective group and formation of compound of the formula I (a). Invention involve also methods for preparing intermediate compounds of the formula (5) and (5'). Synthesized compounds are noncompetitive inhibitors of tyrosine kinase with low toxicity, without adverse effects and can be used as a medicinal agent for skin depigmentation.
