SUBSTANCE: face milling cutter of implement laying mineralized belts has disc with cutting blades mounted on horizontal shaft. Milling cutter is fitted with flexible members supported as cantilever on it, placed in front of cutting blades while implement moves and meant to clean route of mineralized belt.
