FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining ratio of hypothetic tumor tissue fluorescence to healthy tissue fluorescence. Ratio of scattered laser radiation in hypothetic tumor and healthy tissue projections is additionally determined. Then, the hypothetic tumor fluorescence is multiplied by this ratio. The product being greater than healthy tissue fluorescence, cancer diagnosis is to be set. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
