FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the place the stem cells clone is localized using laser autofluorescent diagnosis method. Localization area is determined from maximum endogenous fluorescence intensity. Photosenstizer is introduced. Fluorescence intensity is recorded in the area of stem cells clone localization. Primary perfusion of tissue with blood is determined in this area after introducing the photosensitizer. Laser radiation is applied immediately above this area with radiation power of 80-120 mWt/cm2. Perfusion of tissue with the stem cells clone blood is continuously concurrently measured. Its reduction 10 times as much being observed when compared with the initial one, irradiation is terminated. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
