SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel ortho-substituted benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) wherein R(1) means hydrogen atom, alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms, a, b, c = 0; one of two substituents R(2) and R(3) means O-CO-R(27) and another, respectively, among substituents R(2) and R(3) means R(1); R(27) means alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms; R(4) means hydrogen atom, alkoxy-group with 1-4 carbon atoms, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine atoms; R(5) means hydrogen atom, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention relates also to medicinal agent eliciting inhibitory activity with respect to Na⁺/H⁺- exchange and containing compound of the formula (I) and special additional additives. Compounds of the formula (I) are used for preparing a medicine for treatment or prophylaxis of diseases induced by ischemic states, infarction, stenocardia and so on.
