FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: described are new substituted benzoyl guanidines of formula I: 
wherein R(1) is hydrogen or R(5)-Som; m is 0,1 or 2; R(5) is (C1-C8) alkyl; R(2) is -CF2R(14),-CF[R(15)][R(16)]6; R(14) is (C1-C4) alkyl; R(15) and R(16) are independently hydrogen or (C1-C4) alkyl; R(3) is defined as R(1); R(4) is hydrogen, -(CH2)5-(CF2)t-CF3; S is 0 or 1; t is 0,1 or 2, and also pharmaceutically tolerable salts thereof. Said compounds are exceptional agents for treating diseases of heart circulation system. Also described are method of preparing compounds of formula I, inhibition method of pharmaceutical agent.
