FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of benzoylguanidines of the formula (I) 
where R(1) means R(4)-SOm where R(4) is alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms; m = 1 or 2; R(2) means (CH2)u-(CF2)t-CF3, t = 0, 1, 2, 3; u = 0, 1; R(3) means H or value indicated for R(1) and their pharmaceutically tolerated salts that can exhibit active substance in pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of N+/H+-exchange. Invention describes also method of their synthesis, method of inhibition of N+/H+-exchange, pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) and method of its preparing.
