FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, cardiology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes thiophenylalkenyl carboxylic acid guanidides of the formula (I) where at least one of substitutes R(1), R(2) and R(3) means R(31)-SOk-, where R(31) means C1-C8--alkyl; k = 0 or 2 and, respectively, other substitutes R(1), R(2) and R(3) mean independently each of other H, F, Cl, Br, J; R(4) and R(5) mean independently each of other hydrogen atom or C1-C8-alkyl, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. These guanidides are very effective anti-arrhythmic agents with cardioprotective component and they are used for prophylaxis and treatment of infarct and for treatment of stenocardia being they inhibit or decrease efficiently pathophysiological processes in arising damages induced by cardiac arrhythmia ischemia.
