FIELD: machine engineering, possibly binding packs of solid domestic waste materials after pressing them. SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes twisting head; drums with wire; cutter for cutting twisted wire; needle with roller for drawing out wire; lever for supplying wire to twisting zone having pin arranged over end of twisting head at time moment of twisting wire and between branches of wire extending to roller of drawing out needle and to drum with wire. EFFECT: improved design allowing to enhance strength of twisted joint, to lower length of twisted portion, to provide knocking out of twisted cut wire from roller of drawing out needle. 2 dwg
