FIELD: distilling technology; creating artificial climate and preparation of fresh drinking water under action of solar insulation in hot regions of planet. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is used for compensating for deficit of pure fresh drinking water. Proposed plant includes pipe lines with injectors for forming aerosol cloud saturated with finely dispersed moisture of water molecules, condenser with inlet chamber for air supersaturated with moisture, pure fresh water storage chamber, dehydrated air discharge chamber, lasers for forming light-pulse laser beam for creating hydraulic pulses in liquid medium of pipe lines, baffle phase-only synthetic holograms in pipe lines reflecting hydraulic pulses into injectors; condenser has central corona-forming electrode and peripheral receiving electrode for settling and receiving fresh water from aerosol cloud. Besides that, metal screen is mounted at inlet of inlet chamber of air supersaturated with moisture which is connected to peripheral receiving electrode, thus enhancing daily accumulation of moisture.
