FIELD: devices reducing resistance of water to motion of watercraft. SUBSTANCE: proposed device mounted in fore portion of ship includes quantum oscillator of light pulse ionizing radiation and reflecting cumulative phase-only synthetic holograms. Radiation from oscillator is directed through focusing hole found in base of one of phase-only synthetic holograms to another phase-only synthetic holograms reflecting this radiation to first phase-only synthetic hologram forming vacuum cavitation cavity drawing fore extremity of ship and toroidal cloud around this cavity filled with inter-molecular gas enveloping ship's hull during her motion; it is oriented perpendicularly relative to ship's motion.
