FIELD: forestry and agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: stirrer has column equipped with member for abutting against tree trunk, said member being provided with rotary lever with striker at its end. Power mechanism mounted on column is made in the form of coaxially arranged cylinders spring-loaded with respect to one another through piston free of stem. Cylinder is pivotally connected to lever. Drum-type device is fixed at lower cylinder end and adapted for igniting of powder charges upon being actuated by starting lever. Upon pressing of starting lever, powder charge is ignited to produce gases, which move piston for compressing of spring. Spring upper end is released to move cylinder. As a result, lever strikes blow against tree trunk by means of striker. Stirrer may be used in apparatuses for removal of fruits from different kinds of trees, for example, for removal of cones from cedar tree without necessity of lifting fruit collectors into tree crown.
