FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, genetic engineering, vaccines.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the recombinant attenuated strain of bacterium Salmonella entiriditis E-23/pGEX-2T-TBI producing artificial protein TBI consisting of T- and B-cellular epitopes of HIV-1. The strain is obtained by genetic transformation of the strain Salmonella entiriditis E-23 (cya, CRP) with plasmid pGEX-2T-TBI. The recombinant microorganism strain administrated in animals induces the expressed specific humoral and cellular immune response to HIV-1. The recombinant strain can be used for construction of live vaccine against HIV-1.
