SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of O-thiocarbamoylaminoalkanol of the structural formula (VI) as racemates or enantiomers and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts wherein A means phenyl group described by the formula (I)
wherein R is taken among group consisting of hydrogen atom, lower alkyl containing 1-8 carbon atoms, halogen atom taken among fluorine, chlorine, bromine and iodine atom, alkoxy-group comprising 1-3 carbon atoms, thioalkyl-group comprising 1-3 carbon atoms, nitro-group, hydroxyl or trifluorocarbon group; X means a whole number from 1 to 3 under condition that R is similar or different when X means 2 or 3; R1 and R2, and R3 and R4, respectively, can be similar or differ each from other and taken independently among group consisting of hydrogen atom, lower alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms, aryl 3-7-membered alicyclic compounds where each among 1; m and n means 0 or 1; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention describes different variants of method for preparing compounds, pharmaceutical compositions based on thereof and methods for treatment of mammals suffering with disorders of central nervous system.
