FIELD: radio communications oriented structures including integrated circuits for digital radio communication transceivers. SUBSTANCE: proposed radio-receiver amplifier circuit built around CMOS integrated circuit has two common-gate unipolar channel field-effect transistors and two input channel filed-effect transistors placed at standard threshold potential with input signal supplied to them. Input channel field-effect transistors are connected to voltage supply and to ground; common-gate channel field-effect transistors are connected into cascade circuit between input channel field-effect transistors. Common-gate channel field-effect transistors are placed at lower threshold potential compared with standard threshold potentials of input channel field-effect transistors. Proposed radio- frequency mixer circuit has two transfer valves each incorporating two channel filed-effect transistors, respective local-oscillator signals being applied to transistor gates and input signal, to inputs of transfer valves; in the process transistors of transfer valves are placed at lower threshold potential than standard threshold voltages used for generating local-oscillator signals. Proposed radio receiver is built around CMOS integrated circuits of amplifier and mixer. EFFECT: enhanced operating efficiency of integrated circuits at low supply voltages. 4 cl, 4 dwg
