SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and biotechnology. Invention represents a method of creating winter soft wheat lines with complex resistance to brown and stem rust and powdery mildew involving breeding of commercial sorts of soft wheat, self-pollination of hybrids of the first generation F₁ for production of hybrids of the second generation F₂, among which plants are selected with complex resistance to fungal diseases, containing recessive alleles of genes of winter lifestyle, repeated self-pollination of the selected plants for production of generation F₃ and testing the latter for resistance to fungal diseases and survival rate in conditions of pre-winter sowing, where "Tulaykovskaya 10" sort of soft wheat (donor) containing a complex of genes Lr-Sr-Pm is crossed with "Biysk winter" commercial sort of winter soft wheat, among hybrids of generation F₂ winter plants are selected containing the complex of genes Lr-Sr-Pm with the help of molecular marker Xicg6Ai#2 consisting of direct F:5′-GATGTCGAGGAGCATTTTC-3′ and reverse R:5′-GTGGTAGATTACTAGAGTTCAAGTG-3 primers, and selected plants of F2 are analyzed using markers to recessive alleles of winter lifestyle genes VRN1AF/VRN1-INT1R, Intr1BF/Intr1BR4 and Intr1DF/Antr1DR4 to select plants with winter lifestyle.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the known state of the art method and enlarges its functional capabilities.
