SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for selection of dihaploid plants of white cabbage Brassica oleracea, resistant to vascular bacteriosis, which includes interspecific hybridization with subsequent backcrossing and selection of plants with vascular bacteriosis resistance, where interspecific hybridization is carried out between amphidiploid type of Ethiopian B. carinata mustard and white oval tetraploid cabbage B. oleracea, obtaining distant F1-hybrids, and then by backcrossing F1-hybrids by tetraploid lines of white cabbage B. oleracea produce BC1 population, after which BC1 also backcrossed with tetraploid lines of white cabbage and population of BC2, plants are selected with resistance to vascular bacteriosis.
EFFECT: invention allows selecting dihaploid plants of white cabbage Brassica oleracea resistant to vascular bacteriosis.
