FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: tested antibiotics is applied to group of mouse, said antibiotics being not applied to control group. Then all the groups are injected by suspension of native material in physiologic solution, dosage being 0.5-1 ml. Said injection is carried out in back area. Mentioned above suspension is preliminary mixed with yolk at volume ratio 1:1.4 and with 25 mg of polyvinylpirrolidone and with 7 mg of cyclophosphane. Then smear are prepared from the area of injections. After their fixation immunofluorescent analysis is carried out to determine sensitivity to antibiotics. Method may be used if concentration of plague inducer is 102-101 micr. cell/ml. EFFECT: improves efficiency of method. 1 tbl
