Nonalcoholic beverage comprises the following components per 100 dal of ready beverage: sugar, 39.8 kg; redberry syrup with content of dry matter 57%, 156 kg; citric acid, 1.7 kg; carbon dioxide, 4 kg; water, the balance. Redberry syrup is prepared from redberry juice preserved with sugar in the ratio = 1:3. Invention provides preparing beverage showing high stability in storage.
