FIELD: structural, electrical and heat-shielding materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural, electrical and heat-shielding materials and is intended for use in heat-loaded products and structures for radio engineering. The method for producing a multilayer heat-resistant radio engineering material includes mixing an aluminochromophosphate binder of the Foscon-351 brand with white electrocorundum powder, applying the resulting composition to quartz and multilayer silica glass fabrics, finished with an alcohol-acetone solution of KM-9K organosilicon resin. Coated fabrics are stacked on top of each other in a given order, cured under vacuum, heat treated at a temperature of 300°C for 3-4 hours, then cooled to room temperature and heat treated at a temperature of 400-500°C for at least 0.5 h
EFFECT: obtaining a material with stable geometric dimensions when heated while maintaining high strength characteristics under operating conditions above 300°C.
