FIELD: structural, electrical and heat-shielding materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural, electrical and heat-shielding materials and is intended for use in heat-loaded products and structures for radio engineering. The composition is obtained by mixing an aluminochromophosphate binder of the Foscon-351 brand with white electrocorundum powder, applied to quartz and multilayer silica fiberglass, finished with an alcohol-acetone solution of KM-9K organosilicon resin. Layers of fabric are stacked on top of each other in a given order, cured under vacuum, heat treated at a temperature of 300°C for 3-4 hours and cooled to room temperature. The resulting preform is impregnated with MFSS-8 organosilicon resin for 1–2 h, dried in air for at least 4 h, and polymerized at a temperature of 320°C for 2–3 h. After cooling to room temperature, additional heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 400– 500°C for at least 0.5 h.
EFFECT: obtaining a heat-resistant radio-technical material with stable geometric dimensions when heated above 300°C while maintaining stable strength characteristics, as well as low values of porosity and water absorption of the material.
