FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a radiotechnical material includes mixing the alumochromophosphate binding agent Phoscon-351 with a powder of white electrocorundum at a ratio of 55-65 wt %: 35-45 wt %. The obtained composition is applied on a glass fibre fabric, preliminarily dressed with a 10-15% alcohol-acetone solution of organosilicon resin KM-9K, in which a ratio of alcohol and acetone is 1:1. Solidification is carried out by a method of vacuum shaping under specific pressure of 0.8 MPa at the temperature rise up to 170°C and exposure at the said temperature for not less than 2 hours or solidification in the closed form at the temperature rise up to 170°C and exposure at the said temperature for not less than 2 hours. Additional thermal processing of the obtained material is realised at the temperature rise up to 300°C and exposure at the said temperature for 3-4 hours with the following cooling to room temperature. The obtained material is soaked with organosilicon resin of grade MPSS-8 for 1-2 hours with the following drying in air for not less than 4 hours and carrying out the polymerisation mode in the thermostat by heating to the temperature of 320°C and exposure at the said temperature for 2-3 hours.
EFFECT: increase of the thermal stability of the radiotechnical material with the preservation of high strength and dielectric characteristics.
