SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for production of superfine zinc oxide and consists in electrochemical oxidation of zinc metal in 2-5% sodium chloride aqueous solution exposing it to alternate industrial-frequency (50 Hz) sinusoidal current with density 1.0-2.0 A/sq.cm at temperature 50-90 C.
