FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of penta[poly(ethyleneoxy)carbonylmethyl] derivatives of trinuclear triphenols. Invention describes new penta[poly- (ethyleneoxy)carbonylmethyl] derivatives of trinuclear triphenols eliciting addition agents properties regulating vasoelastic properties of associated multicomponent petroleum system. Invention describes also method for preparing indicated compounds by interaction of mono- chloroacetic acid with alcohol component in the presence of acid catalysts in boiling solvent medium and azeotropic removing formed water and the following treatment of prepared product with amines at heating. As an alcohol component method involves using oxyethylated product of condensation of alkylphenols with 4,4-dimethyldioxane-1,3 (oxal); as catalyst method involves using H+-form of cation-exchange resin KU-2; as amines method involves using the compound of the formula R1R2R3N, wherein: at R1 = R2 is R3-alkyl-C7-C9;, at R1 = R2 is -CH2CH2OH,; R3 is CH2CH2OOCR4 wherein: R4 is C17-C20-alkyl taken in the molar ratio oxyethylated product : monochloroacetic acid : amines = 1:(5.0-5.5): ( 0-5.5), respectively. Compounds can be used as addition agents that improve rheological properties of associated petroleum systems in petroleum and petrochemical industry. EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable properties of compounds. 4 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
