FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of production of ferroalloys from wastes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes loading and joint melting of titanium and steel wastes and pouring melt into ingot mold; part of liquid melt is left in crucible for subsequent melting process. Wastes are preliminarily cleaned from oxides and oils and melting process is performed at temperature of 1100-1400 C at relationship of wastes ensuring production of alloy at content of titanium of 68-72 mass-%. In the course of melting, fluorine-containing salts are added in the amount of 0.2-0.5 mass-% of mass of wastes; melt in the amount of 13-20 % of capacity of crucible is left in crucible after each melting process. EFFECT: possibility of production of ferroalloy at content of titanium of up to 70%; reduced losses of raw material and reduced power requirements. 5 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
