FIELD: metallurgy, chemical-thermal treatment of articles, various branches of industry for increase of corrosion resistance of metal materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed process includes zinc plating in fluidized powdery medium in atmosphere of ammonia at temperature of 300-500 C containing following components, per cent by mass: zinc 0.1-30.0, copper oxide 0.01-0.5, zinc chloride 0.01-1.0, corundum 68.5-99.88. In process of heating material is cured in the course of 5-20 min with temperature of powdery medium from 200 to 250 C and gaseous products are evacuated prior to cooling.
