FIELD: plant principle of operation based on electrostatics and electric discharge into gas, particularly small-scale electrostatic motor, ventilator, ionizer, ozone generator. SUBSTANCE: plant has metal rotor having convex blades put on shaft, electric power source and (n+1) electrodes. Shaft ends are supported by bearings. Rotor blades are turned round the corner of 0 - 45 deg. relative rotation plane. Outer rib length exceeds inner rib length. Distance between rotor blades and electrodes may be varied; n is number of electrodes. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased compactness and economy. 2 cl, 2 dwg
