FIELD: analytical chemistry, monitoring of objects of biosphere ( atmosphere, water, soil ) contaminated in process of transportation, fuel pumping and fall of used- up stages of rocket engineering. SUBSTANCE: asymmetrical dimethylhydrazine is detected by method of inversion volt-amperometry on mercury film electrode ( silver substrate ) in three-electrode electrochemical cell. Silver chloride electrodes are employed in the capacity of auxiliary and comparison electrodes. Solutions of sulfuric acid are utilized as background electrolyte. Asymmetrical dumethylhydrazine concentrates in mercury film with potential -1.1 and - 1.2 V. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of method. 1 tbl
