FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing a mixture an aqueous-spirituous solution) by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking purified water to obtain vodka with strength 40%. Prepared mixture is stirred thoroughly and after its strength value correction is pumped over into supply tank followed by sending on carbon-purifying battery. The filtration rate of mixture is up to 40 dal/h for fresh activated carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Filtered off vodka is fed into finishing tank. Folic and ascorbic acids are dissolved preliminary in softened water in the ratio 1:10, solutions are mixed and kept for 0.5-2.0 h and then added fractionally into finishing tank with simultaneous feeding vodka into tank at constant stirring. Then refined granulated sugar taken as aqueous solution or sugar syrup with concentration 65.8% is added into finishing tank at constant stirring. After addition of components the content of finishing tank is stirred thoroughly and the strength value is checked. In deviation the strength value from standard vodka is corrected by addition of alcohol or water with the following stirring and checking strength value. Ready vodka is fed to bottling with obligatory control filtration. Components of vodka are used in the following ratio, kg per 1 000 dal of ready product: ascorbic acid, 0.02-0.08; folic acid, 0.002-0.006; refined granulated sugar, 8-12; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking purified water, the balance, to obtain the strength value 40%. Proposed method provides preparing vodka eliciting low toxic effect on human body with high organoleptic indices, for reduced process time. Mixing vitamin solutions and their holding allows the enhancement of their effect as in holding vitamins elicit synergetic effect of one another and their addition in common with an aqueous-spirituous solution provides more early and intensive contact with vodka. EFFECT: improved producing method, expanded assortment, reduced labor intensity, improved, enhanced and valuable properties of vodka.
