FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: wheat dry breads aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first decantation, 3.0-4.0 l; wheat aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first decantation, 2.5-4.0 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 20.0-22.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. The proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the tasting score from 9.7 to 9.74 and reducing its cost by 0.02 ruble/bottle. The proposed totality of features allows eliciting the synergetic effect, i. e. the absence of odor and taste of wheat dry breads and wheat infusions in spite their using as components of the proposed vodka that is not observed in case of over limited values of claimed parameters of vodka components. Vodka has mild taste and mild typical vodka aroma. Except for, invention expands assortment of vodkas.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
