SUBSTANCE: video converter has matrix of photocells 1, each line of matrix being connected to read buses 2 through MOS transistors 3 whose gates are connected through bus 4 to line selection register 5; buses 2 are connected to read station through coupling transistor 7 whose gates are connected to coupling control buses 8; read station has read transistor 9 whose gate is connected to control bus 10 through its charging capacitor; it also has read diode 11 connected to gate of selection and storage transistor 13, source of recharge transistor 12 being connected to power bus 14 and gate, to recharge control bus 15; source of transistor 13 is connected to drain of item-by-item line selection transistor 15; drain of transistor 13 is connected to output signal bus connected to load resistor; read diode 11 is formed by source of transistor 9 and drain of transistor 12.
