FIELD: biotechnology, antibiotics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing 6- aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) from N-substituted penicillin produced by enzymatic method. Method involves stages of extraction of N-substituted penicillin derivative from enzymatic broth or liquid into organic solvent, reverse extraction of N-substituted penicillin compound into water, treatment of an aqueous phase with penicillin acylase and isolation of 6-APA by crystallization from prepared working solution. Method involves also product extraction from side chain into organic solvent and isolation of 6-APA from prepared aqueous phase using crystallization method. Using the claimed method provides preparing 6-APA without preliminary isolation of N-substituted penicillin in crystalline form. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 9 cl _
