FIELD: electrics, engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electrical engineering. The device contains a conductive housing 1. The high-voltage capacitor 5 installed vertically and the lower coating 6 is connected to ground. The low-voltage capacitor 8 of the capacitive voltage divider's low-voltage arm is connected in series between the top coating 9 of the capacitor 5 and the housing 1 and it installed inside the housing 1. The capacitive divider output 10 through the multiplexer 11 is connected to the analog-digital converter input 12, and its output is connected to the input of the processing unit 13. The sensitive element 19 in the form of a few turns of optical fiber that placed in a firm protective shell 20 made of non-magnetic material; this turns covering the wire 7 and forming an optical current transformer 21. The electron optical unit 22 is connected to the sensitive element 19. The electron optical unit 22 is formed by a source of electromagnetic waves from optical range, and its output is connected to the input of the modulator 24. The modulator output 24 is connected to the input optical fiber sensor 19 and parallel to the input 25 of the phase detector 26 and the second input 27 is connected to the output optical fiber sensor 19. The phase detector output 26 through the multiplexer 11 is connected to the input of analog-digital converter 12. The technical result is in increasing of the dynamic range of electricity metering in real-time mode, in high voltage networks, in off-line condition.
EFFECT: increasing of the dynamic range of electricity metering in real-time mode, in high voltage networks, in off-line condition.
