FIELD: welding articles in any three-dimensional position. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying flux layer on surface of welded edges and performing welding on said layer. Flux composition contains (mass %): activating flux, 40 - 97; thermally stable polymer, 3 - 60. Thermally stable polymer is selected from group containing polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide, polyimide. It is possible to use thermally stable polymer containing graphite in quantity 5 - 40%. EFFECT: increased depth of fusion, enhanced quality of welded joints. 3 cl, 1 tbl
