FIELD: mechanical engineering; electric arc welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electric arc welding of alloyed steels by tungsten and consumable electrode. Proposed flux contains, weight %: lithium hexafluoroaluminate 30-40; titanium dioxide 20-30; aluminum oxide 10-20; calcium chloride 10-20 and metal powder or powder mix of chromium, nickel, titanium group in amount of 10-20, weight %.
EFFECT: reduced formation of gas inclusions, increased penetration capacity of arc and stability of formation of weld.
