SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device and a method for sheeting and forming food dough. The device contains: a sheeting roller designed so that to enable sheeting food dough (placed on the table) into a compressed form; and a frame unit with an internal peripheral surface facing the sheeting roller. The sheeting roller is designed so that to enable turning relative to the table round a turn axis and rotating relative to the table round a rotation axis of the sheeting roller. The sheeting roller contains the first part basically in the shape of a cone or frustum of cone aligned in the axial rotation direction. The frame unit is on the outside of the place of turn of the first part of the sheeting roller. The internal peripheral surface of the frame unit contains an upper side part and a lower side part which is located farther from the turn axis than the upper side part relative to radial rotation direction.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance food dough quality.
