FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for food dough rolling includes at least two opposed expansion rolls and arranged between them two elements of vibration application. These elements are made with possibility to adjust size of expanded dough along width and back-and-forth vibration in longitudinal relative to expansion rolls direction. Method envisages dough rolling by said rolls and simultaneous adjustment of its size along width with vibration applied by said elements.
EFFECT: invention provides elimination of internal strain in rolled dough.
