Abstract RU 2229506 C2

FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-alcoholic solution is preparing in the preparing tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water taken in amounts providing the blend strength 40%. This solution is stirred thoroughly and purified on carbon-cleansing battery. The filtration rate is up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. Then water is fed to the finishing tank. Natural honey is dissolved in purified drinking water, brought about to boiling, filtered in the hot state and added to finishing tank after cooling. Birch buds taken in the amount 0.05 kg and linden flowers taken in the amount 0.2 kg are mixed, poured with an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with the strength 50% taken in the amount 2.5 l and infused for 5 days. Then infusion is poured off that is added into finishing tank also with honey filtrate simultaneously. Mother milk "Apilak" is added into finishing tank before addition of infusion and filtrate. The content of finishing tank is stirred thoroughly followed by control of vodka strength and corrected and if necessary and stirred. Vodka is subjected for bottling with obligatory control filtration. The following components are taken per 1000 dal of vodka: natural honey, 4.5-5.5 kg; mother milk "Apilak", 0.05-0.2 kg; birch buds and linden flowers infusion, 1.5-2.09 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic indices and high stability due to the combination of technological procedures, parameters and components used and eliciting properties exceeding properties of separately taken components. Except for, invention provides expanding assortment of vodkas, to confer its soft, harmonic taste with barely detecting thyme aroma that is absent in separately taken components. EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of vodka. 3 ex
