FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has four canals and inflatable cuff on distal end as fixing balloon. A canal has additional openings on the extent from distal canal to balloon for performing internal draining between the stomach and duodenum. The first narrow canal is used for introducing medicaments into esophageal lumen. It opens via holes in middle portion of the probe. The second narrow canal is used for pumping-in the fixing balloon.
