FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to development of ophthalmologic lenses for glasses, contact lenses, intraocular lenses and the like, which demonstrate reduced astigmatism. Invention is directed at development such lenses in which one or several surface create zone with refractive capability comfortably suitable for far, near and intermediate vision. This is ensured as lenses include frontal surface and compensating surface that compensates for lens astigmatism and has assemblage of segments. Each segment from mentioned assemblage is determined by polynomial in x and y of tenth order with Cernike coefficients. EFFECT: development of lenses with reduced astigmatism. 19 cl, 6 dwg
