FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical training and breathing exercises. First, muscle-stretching exercises are done to the moment when patient is able to assume position with straight back arranged in parallel to supporting surface. Arms and one leg are pressed against the supporting surface. Then, a posture is assumed with chest turned towards the supporting surface. Arms are bent in elbows and pressed against the supporting surface with hand palms turned towards each other. One leg is bent in knee and pressed with its crus against the supporting surface. The other leg is straight and stretched backward and lifted with its foot above the back level. Another posture involves assuming posture with the back turned towards the supporting surface. One leg is bent in knee and pressed with full foot surface against the supporting surface. The other leg is stretched upwards placing drawn toe above the chest level. Fingers of hands pressed against the supporting surface are directed along the vertebral column. One more posture involves inclining the straight back towards the supporting surface. One arm and one straight leg are pressed against the supporting surface. Then, a posture is assumed with the back inclined forward, straight arms are separated aside to a distance exceeding the shoulder width and stretched forward with arm lines kept in parallel to line of the back. Palms are pressed against the supporting surface. The straight legs are separated to a distance equal to the distance between the palms; or one straight arm is pressed against the supporting surface with the whole hand palm being continuation of shoulder line. The other straight arm is pressed against the trunk and the straight legs are separated to a distance exceeding shoulder width and pressed against the supporting surface with the lateral foot surfaces. Then, stable equilibrium is retained in the assumed gymnastic posture. Static voluntary muscle contraction is done when expiring and relaxation is done in inspiring.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in harmonizing operation of the whole body; restoring muscle tissue work; increased immune functions; restored full gamma of feelings.
