FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical training exercises in sitting position in keeping the back straight. Back of the head is positioned on the back line extension. Muscle-stretching exercises are done as multiple repeating movements done with arms and legs relative to the straight back to the moment when patient is able to assume gymnastic posture with both straight legs stretched laterally on supporting surface, straight arms with hand palms pressed against supporting surface, placed behind the back wider than shoulder width or parted aside in front of the chest with hand palms pressed against supporting surface near the foot heels; or with one leg stretched aside having foot heel pressed against supporting surface and foot toe of this foot directed upwards, the other leg being bent and moved behind the back with foot instep and knee pressed against supporting surface. Straight arm is pressed with finger tips pressed against supporting surface near the bent leg knee and straight arm touches foot toe with fingers on the same side with the straight leg. The head is turned towards straight leg toe. Otherwise, both legs are bent and moved behind the back with foot instep and knee pressed against supporting surface. Straight arms with palms turned towards each other are pressed with fingertips against supporting surface near the bent leg knees. Stable equilibrium being retained in the assumed gymnastic position. Periodic static muscle loading is done with following relaxation. Voluntary muscle contraction is done when expiring with muscle relaxation done in inspiring. Another version of the method involves doing exercises in sitting position holding the back straight. Back of the head is positioned on the back line extension. Muscle stretching exercises are done as multiple repeating movements done with arms and legs relative to the straight back to the moment when patient is able to assume gymnastic posture one straight leg stretched aside pressed with the external lateral foot surface against supporting surface, the other leg being overthrown over the first one with the foot pressed against supporting surface. The arms are bent in elbows with hands turned to meet each other and pressed against supporting surface under chest. Stable equilibrium is retained in the assumed gymnastic posture with periodic static muscle loading done with following relaxation. Voluntary muscle contraction is done when expiring and muscle relaxation is done in inspiring.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in training skills in retaining equilibrium.
