FIELD: centrifugal plants with air-cushioned supports. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has housing, working member, bearing unit of this working member with bearing surfaces made in form of part of sphere whose pivot is connected with working member and is mounted on step bearing; proposed plant is also provided with gas supply system with air blower and drive. Step bearing is provided with gas supply passage located in its central portion; bearing surfaces are concave towards said passage. Plant is additionally provided with shock absorber connecting the shaft of drive with step bearing. EFFECT: reduced power requirements for forming air cushion due to increase of aerodynamic component of lifting force of gas flow. 2 dwg
