SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary plant has housing, working member, gas-static bearing unit with bearing surfaces in form of part of sphere whose pivot is connected with working member forming rotor and step bearing is provided with central hole for delivery of gaseous working medium to bearing surfaces, gas supply system connected with central hole of step bearing, flexible bearing unit located above working member and provided with rotating bearing member made in form of ferrule and secured on working member, at least three bodies of revolution; each body of revolution is provided with flexible ring-shaped member and is mounted on axle; one end of each bearing member is connected with housing for radial displacement and is spring-loaded relative to it and second end is connected with axle of body of revolution; clearance is provided between ferrule and body of revolution.
