FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: food tartaric acid, 0.08-0.3 kg; vitamin premix GS Vit-2, 0.03-0.07 kg; complex food supplement "Alfaluks", 4.0-6.0 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 16.0-20.0 l; oat groats aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1st blend, 2.0-5.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides higher organoleptic indices and lower toxicity. According to record of the Central tasting commission the tasting score of proposed vodka is 9.74. Toxicity of vodka is reduced by 50%. The total components and their quantitative ratio provide preparing vodka representing colorless clear liquid without foreign inclusions, showing very mild harmonic taste and specific vodka aroma typical for vodka prepared from bread raw with barely detected after taste of fried bread.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
