SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with chemotherapy due to injecting a cytostatic, the total therapeutic dose of which is first introduced fractionally into patient's ischium with equal dosages once per three days. The quantity of courses is determined as dependent upon individual tolerance and the result obtained. At treating patients at the age of above 80 and those with contraindications to conduct systemic chemotherapy it is necessary to decrease the dose two-fold.
