FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cross-linked hyaluronic acids and can be used medicine, pharmacy and cosmetics. Cross-linked hyaluronic acids are prepared by interaction of carboxyl groups of hyaluronic acid and diamine of the general formula: R1-NH-A-NHR2 wherein A means (C2-C10)-linear or branched alkylene chain or polyoxyalkylene chain [(CH2)n-O-(CH2)m] wherein n = 2 or 3; m = from 2 to 10; R1 and R2 are similar or different and represent hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, phenyl or benzyl group. Complexes of zinc, copper or iron represent metal complexes and above indicated compounds of hyaluronic acids. Biomaterials represent cross-linked acids and their complexes. Invention provides preparing compounds with high biological availability, high stability to degradation in effect of enzymes, high capacity for water absorption and ability to chelate with metal ions.
